Bonuses are promotional offers provided at tuna78's sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the time of the offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated wagering requirements and restrictions.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. tuna78 may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) after the dormancy period begins. Accounts with zero balance for 24 months may be permanently closed.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact tuna78 customer support via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 7 business days.
If initial customer support contact does not resolve your issue, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] including your account details, transaction references, and a detailed description of the dispute. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
In cases where disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, tuna78's decision shall be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to pursue class action litigation against tuna78.
tuna78 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, business practices, or Service features.
